Privacy Policy

How CoupleVideo handles accounts, adult photos, AI video processing, payments, storage and deletion requests.

Last updated: 2026-11-05

Scope and contact

This policy covers CoupleVideo at couplevideo.app and its account, generation and support services. Contact support@couplevideo.app to request access, correction, export or deletion, or to raise a privacy concern. Provide your account email and relevant task IDs, not passwords, authentication tokens or card details. We may verify account ownership before acting.

Public example characters and website illustrations are separate from customer uploads. We do not automatically publish your generated projects in the public template feed.

Information we process and why

  • Accounts: name, email, password hash, optional profile picture, sign-in connections and session records, to authenticate you and show your account.
  • Creative material: uploaded adult photos, file information, selected templates, generation prompts, output videos, provider task identifiers and task status, to create and deliver your requested clips. Identifiable faces are personal information; do not upload photos without the depicted adults' permission.
  • Billing: order and subscription identifiers, product, currency, charge and refund amounts, payment status, credit grants and consumption, to fulfill purchases and resolve billing issues. Payment providers collect card information; we do not store full card numbers or security codes.
  • Support and operations: your messages, request timestamps, IP information, errors and account activity needed to provide support, protect accounts and investigate abuse.

Where a legal basis is required, we rely on performing the service agreement, legitimate interests in operating and securing the service, applicable legal obligations, and consent where required. You may withdraw consent for processing that relies on it; this does not invalidate processing already lawfully performed.

Photos, models and service providers

Uploading a photo stores a copy even if you do not later submit a video task. When you request generation, the required photo URLs, preset prompt and generation settings are sent through OpenRouter to the configured model, currently Alibaba Wan 3.0 (alibaba/wan-3.0). Historical tasks may refer to the provider and model configured when they were submitted. We do not send account passwords or social-login tokens as video-model inputs.

Cloudflare provides website infrastructure and R2 media storage. Account, billing and task records are kept in the application's database. Infrastructure and AI providers process the information necessary for their role. Their policies may differ, including retention and processing locations. See OpenRouter's privacy policy and Cloudflare's privacy policy.

We do not train our own AI models on your uploads. This does not promise that every independent provider has an identical retention or model-training policy. Our application does not use uploaded faces to verify identity or search for a person across other photos.

Template prompts prohibit specified harmful and intimate content. This is not a comprehensive image or video screening system, and the current workflow does not guarantee human review of every output before delivery. Authorized personnel may inspect relevant content and task records to address support, reports, rights complaints or legal obligations.

Payments and Waffo Pancake

If you use a checkout offered through Waffo Pancake, Waffo acts as Merchant of Record for that transaction. It may receive your email, order reference, product, amount, currency and the billing information you submit to its checkout, and process payment, receipts, applicable taxes, refunds, fraud checks and disputes under its own terms. We receive payment and subscription events needed to fulfill the purchase. These may include payer details, transaction identifiers and limited payment-method information, such as a card's last four digits, but not its full number or security code.

We retain verified payment-event records to reconcile payments, renewals and refunds and prevent duplicate credit grants. Photographs and generated videos are not payment checkout inputs. Adding a payment integration does not itself authorize sharing your media for unrelated purposes. A payment option is available only when actually offered at checkout.

Optional third-party sign-in

If Google sign-in is offered and you choose it, the ordinary sign-in permissions provide an account identifier, email and verification status, name and profile-picture URL. The authentication system also handles tokens, expiry and granted scopes to maintain the connection. We do not receive your Google password or request access to Gmail, Drive, Photos libraries, contacts or calendars for sign-in. A profile picture is not automatically submitted as a generation photo.

If GitHub sign-in is offered and selected, we use the account identifier, profile and email information supplied for authentication. Social-login information is used to operate your account, not sold or supplied to video models for training. The provider processes sign-in under its own privacy terms, including the Google Privacy Policy or GitHub Privacy Statement.

You can revoke a connection through the provider's account settings. Revocation does not automatically remove our stored records, end an existing website session or cancel a subscription. Sign out to end your current session and contact support to request removal of stored connection or account information. You may need another sign-in method to regain access.

Storage, access and retention

Your account's video records require authentication. Uploaded image URLs currently allow anyone holding the URL to retrieve the file so that the generation provider can access it. They are not guaranteed to expire. Do not post these links publicly or upload sensitive material. Some generated videos are served through authenticated application routes; third-party playback or download links may have their own access and expiry rules.

Account and task records are kept while needed to operate your account and provide the service. The application currently has no guaranteed automatic deletion schedule for uploaded photos or generated videos. Replacing an image in a form, closing the browser or signing out does not remove server copies. Download results you want to keep; provider links may expire and we do not guarantee indefinite availability.

On a verified deletion request, we remove relevant active records and media subject to necessary billing, fraud-prevention, dispute and legal retention. Provider copies and backups may take longer under their separate processes. We do not claim a fixed provider retention period or that account deletion automatically erases all media. We can help route provider-side requests; we cannot retrieve copies already downloaded or shared by others.

Sharing, cookies and security

We do not sell your personal information. Beyond the providers described above, we may disclose necessary information to comply with law, investigate abuse or protect rights, or to a successor operating the service subject to appropriate privacy obligations.

Essential cookies maintain sign-in and security; browser storage can remember language, theme and cookie choices. Optional analytics or advertising, if enabled, are subject to the choices shown in Cookie Settings and any consent required by law. Google sign-in is an authentication feature, not Google Analytics. Rejecting optional cookies does not delete server-side account or media records.

We use HTTPS, account access checks and server-side handling of credentials. These controls reduce risk but cannot guarantee absolute security, especially for files accessible to anyone with their URLs. Providers may process data outside your country. Applicable safeguards depend on the provider, location and law; contact us for information about transfers relevant to your request rather than assuming that all data stays in one country.

Your choices, children and updates

Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, portability, deletion, restriction or objection, and complain to a data-protection authority. Contact support and identify the data or task concerned. We respond within the timeframe required by applicable law. Media deletion and subscription cancellation are separate actions: use Settings → Billing or ask support to address both.

The service is intended for adults aged 18 or older and prohibits uploads depicting minors. If a child has supplied information, contact us so we can investigate and remove it as appropriate.

We update the revision date when changing this policy and communicate material changes through the product or appropriate service notices. See our Terms of Service for generation, billing and refund rules.
