Service and agreement

These terms cover CoupleVideo at couplevideo.app. Creating an account, requesting a video or purchasing a plan means you accept these terms. Our Privacy Policy explains how we process your information. For service, billing or rights questions, contact support@couplevideo.app.

CoupleVideo creates short, fictional two-person videos from adult photos and preset stories, including retro scenes and playful misunderstandings. It is an independent service, not an official product of an AI model developer. Samples show possible results, not guaranteed likeness, movement, resolution or commercial performance. Template lengths and aspect ratios are targets; actual output can vary. Public Nora and Eli examples depict fictional AI characters.

The current video configuration uses Alibaba Wan 3.0 (alibaba/wan-3.0) through OpenRouter. OpenRouter provides API access; it is distinct from the underlying model developer. Older tasks retain their original provider and model records. We will update this disclosure when the active model changes.

Accounts and photo permissions

You must be at least 18 and legally able to enter this agreement. Keep your credentials secure and provide accurate account and billing information. Tell us if your account is used without permission.

Upload only adult photos you own or are authorized to use for AI video processing. You need permission from every identifiable person and the necessary rights from the photographer. Finding a photo online does not grant permission. Do not submit children's photos, identity documents, intimate images or unnecessary sensitive information.

You retain your rights in source material. You permit us to store, transmit and process it to fulfill your requests, provide support and address safety, rights and legal matters. Request deletion through support; closing an account does not automatically erase media held by storage or AI providers. Limited records may remain where needed for legal obligations or disputes.

Generation and delivery

Purchasing credits does not itself start a video. A separate generation request consumes the credit amount displayed for that template. Current standard templates use 10 credits; the wedding film uses 80. Check the quoted cost before submitting.

Completed tasks are available in your video history for playback and download. Provider queues, outages and recovery can delay completion. A browser timeout is not proof that a task failed: check your saved task before trying again. AI can distort faces, hands or other details. We do not promise an identical reproduction of a sample, exclusive copyright in an output, or permission to use third-party music and trademarks. Review results before sharing and follow the destination platform's AI disclosure rules. Never describe a fictional video as evidence of an actual event.

Prices, credits and recurring payments

The public pricing page shows each plan's price in USD, credits and billing interval. Review the final amount and any tax shown at checkout before authorizing payment. The Gift Pack is a one-time purchase and does not renew. Monthly and annual subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. Annual plans charge the full annual amount upfront and issue the stated annual credits together, rather than in monthly installments.

The current paid catalog does not set an expiry date on credits. Unspent credits remain available after cancellation, subject to an applicable refund, account closure or lawful enforcement. Credits are a service allowance, not money, transferable currency or an investment. Future purchases may have different terms if clearly disclosed beforehand; we will not retroactively impose a shorter expiry on existing grants through an ordinary pricing change.

A payment option is available only when offered at checkout. If a transaction is offered through Waffo Pancake, Waffo acts as Merchant of Record under the terms presented at its checkout and handles the transaction and applicable tax administration. CoupleVideo remains responsible for providing the video service and first-line support. We do not store full card numbers or card security codes.

Cancellation and refunds

Stop future renewals in Settings → Billing before the next charge. Cancellation is separate from a cash refund and does not reverse an earlier payment. Contact support if the cancellation control is inaccessible. Account deletion, signing out and disconnecting a social login are not substitutes for canceling renewal.

You may request a refund within 7 days of a purchase or renewal if none of that order's credits have been used. This applies to one-time, monthly and annual payments. Email support from your account address with the order number and reason; do not send card details. We also investigate duplicate or incorrect charges and material non-delivery. Once credits from an order have been used, refunds are considered for confirmed service or billing problems and where required by law. An artistic difference alone is not a technical failure. Nothing here removes mandatory consumer rights or restricts lawful payment-dispute remedies.

A confirmed failed generation restores its deducted credits once. That restoration is not a cash refund. Approved monetary refunds go through the original payment channel where supported; processing and bank posting times vary. Credits corresponding to a refunded purchase are withdrawn to avoid retaining both the refund and the same purchased allowance. A refund does not automatically cancel an unrelated subscription; request both when needed.

Content and acceptable use

These restrictions apply to source files, generated results and sharing:

• Pornography and NSFW: no explicit sexual content, sexualized nudity, exploitation or intimate-image abuse.
• Child safety: no sexualization or exploitation of minors, including synthetic or apparently underage subjects. No uploads depicting minors.
• Violence and gore: no graphic injury, torture, cruelty, credible threats or promotion of violence.
• Hate: no dehumanization or incitement targeting protected characteristics.
• Impersonation and deepfake abuse: no face swaps, celebrity impersonation, fabricated endorsements, deception or unauthorized likeness use. No kissing, hugging or other intimate-scene synthesis in this service. Consent does not override these restrictions.
• Intellectual property: no infringement of rights in photographs, characters, brands, recordings or music.

Do not evade access controls, credit limits or content restrictions. The availability of a template is not a representation that every use is permitted by a payment provider or publication platform. Our preset prompts prohibit intimate scenes, but automated generation is not a guarantee that every output follows instructions. The current workflow does not provide comprehensive pre-delivery content moderation or a human review of every result.

Report concerns to support@couplevideo.app, including a task ID or link and a description of the issue. Do not attach or redistribute illegal material. We review reports and may restrict access, remove affected content or suspend accounts where justified; urgent safety concerns receive priority. For an appeal, use the same address with the subject “Content appeal” and explain the decision you are challenging.

Rights, availability and responsibility

Our software, templates, interface and branding remain ours or our licensors'. You may use your outputs only within your source-material rights, provider restrictions and applicable law. We do not warrant that AI output qualifies for copyright protection or that commercial use clears third-party rights.

The service depends on third-party infrastructure and may be interrupted. To the extent allowed by law, it is provided without a guarantee of uninterrupted access, flawless output or suitability for a specific purpose. Any limitation applies only where lawful and never excludes non-waivable consumer remedies or liability that cannot legally be limited. Contact support to seek a resolution; doing so does not prevent you from using available legal remedies.

Changes and contact

We publish the revision date above and communicate material service or billing changes through the product or appropriate service notices. Future prices are disclosed before purchase. Changes do not retroactively remove accrued mandatory rights. For account closure, privacy, cancellation or refund requests, specify which actions you need at support@couplevideo.app.
